Charlotte – How do we write our own stories that reject what society writes onto us? “It Be Like That Sometimes” combines theater, installation art, and community dialogue to pose that question while celebrating the ways we can maintain our mental health by honoring our own truth and experiences.

The show will take place Thursday, July 24 – Sunday, August 3 at QC Family Tree’s Big Blue House, 2916 Parkway Avenue in Charlotte. The full schedule is below.
