Festival of India 2024

As part of a growing partnership with CIAF (Charlotte International Arts Festival),  the India Association of Charlotte (IAC) is spreading their wings and have decided to return to the previous model of a full weekend Festival of India in the Fall, but with a twist. The festival is expected to draw more than 20,000 visitors on the weekend of September 14-15, 2024. The Saturday event will take place at Belk Theater and on Tryon Street. from Noon to 8:00 PM, and the Sunday event will be held at Ballantyne’s Backyard from Noon to 8:00 PM.

Join other Charlotteans for the 28th annual Festival of India, a vibrant celebration of India’s rich cultural heritage. Over two electrifying days, immerse yourself in a kaleidoscope of colors, sounds, and flavors as we bring a tiny glimpse of Indian art and culture to the Queen City.
