The Charlotte Black Families Summit gathers community members and organizations around the central focus of Charlotte Black families’ economic, employment, educational, and housing insecurities, which often lead to increased challenges in social mobility. Guests include Charlotte community members, politicians, health care providers, attorneys, students, community agencies, organizations, corporations, non-profits, educational institutions, and others, who will speak and listen to how Black families are addressing the housing and economic crises and lack of social mobility for their families. The goal is to foster community partnerships and collaborations to better meet these challenges.
