Mecklenburg County residents are invited to attend one of six upcoming meetings to learn more about upcoming changes in how Medic responds in our community. In addition to learning about the most recent updates to Medic’s Response Configuration, attendees will have the opportunity to better understand how our community’s 911 system works, learn how to identify life-threatening symptoms, and share any concerns they may have. The following are upcoming meetings:

  • District 2: March 6 at 6:30 pm
    • Southview Recreation Center (1720 Vilma St, Charlotte)
  • District 3: March 13 at 6:30 pm
    • Eastway Regional Rec. Center (3150 Eastway Park Drive, Charlotte)
  • District 4: March 16 at 6:30 pm
    • Hickory Grove Rec. Center (6709 Pence Rd, Charlotte)
  • District 5: March 20 at 6:30 pm
    • Naomi Drenan Rec. Center (750 Beal St, Charlotte)
  • District 6: March 23 at 6:30 pm
    • Matthews Sportsplex (2425 Sports Pkwy, Matthews)
  • District 1: April 15 at 6:30 pm
    • Northern Regional Rec. Center (18121 Old Statesville Rd, Cornelius)
