The 2nd Annual Confronting Whiteness Conference will take place on January 27-28th at Myers Park Baptist Church in Charlotte, North Carolina. Join others on the anti-racist journey and hear from Black authors, thinkers, and theologians as we seek to understand our role in racial injustice and our part in dismantling it. The two-day conference will include speakers, breakout sessions, and a pop-up market featuring locally-owned Black businesses, food trucks, and artisans. This year’s speakers include Rev. Dr. Angela Parker, Dr. Ijeoma Ononuju, and keynote speaker Danté Stewart, author of Shoutin’ in the Fire: An American Epistle.
