Building a Pipeline of African American Leadership

African Americans are consistently underrepresented in leadership positions, and despite large-scale diversity-and-inclusion initiatives and investments, studies show that number is shrinking. Why the continued lack of representation? How can we build a sustainable pipeline of African American leaders in the private sector?

The Robinson Center for Civic Leadership and Foundation For Black Philanthropy invite you to a panel discussion with local leaders who will address these questions and more through their own insight and experience. We’ll also examine findings from the Korn Ferry report, The Black P&L Leader.

Join us for an hors d’oeuvres reception followed by the program and question and answer session.
